The tower presented to the town of Gyöngyös was set up in 1962 and transformed into a lookout tower. From its top there is a wonderful panorama to the Mátra mountains and its settlements. It is good news for those who are afraid of heights that there are several levels from where we can enjoy the view and you do not have to go up to the top right away. However, in heavy wind, the inclination of the top can even reach one metre! Entrance fees must be paid at the foot of the tower. It is worth visiting the adventure park nearby and take an excursion to Rákóczi spring by following the yellow + symbol and then to go to Muzsla lookout tower alongside the yellow stripe symbol.
